"They will be all nice to talk to until when you really need to use your insurance. Run dont walk before taking your insurance from this agency ; they will drop coverage without your permission and blame all of it on you. Becky dropped rental and roadside coverage from my car when I changed cars. She said she going to move all of the prior insurance to the new car but she dropped critical coverage. Her boss Larry calls telling me how great of a mentor he is for his team , and how there business has been growing , while he should be looking into the issue of where they screwed up. This is the worst insurance company I have dealt with ; try some of the bigger and better insurance names."
